The Foundation
Module is a two day residential workshop for
Managing Director Owners and Executive
Managers.
The detail of the
module is presented at the
free
information seminar. The outline content is aimed
at the busy Managing Director Owner and/or Executive
Manager
who is developing his/her generalist business skills. It provides a cameo of general business topics where the
participants interact with their peers, exploring
areas of known and unknown via case study and experiential
learning.
The module culminates with an understanding of
the base road map that all business leaders
should be familiar with, enabling them to move to their next
stages in Business Strategy or Leadership.
During your two days you will identify your own management
abilities, consider the detail of managing people, look at
communicating and managing change, view the qualities of
leadership, ask yourselves the customers view, review
your market, consider your cash and conclude
with an analysis of yourself and your business.
Each business leader, at the conclusion of the Foundation
Module, will receive the Abbotsbrook Business Foundation
guarantees, enter the mentoring programme and set
action plans for the next three months and beyond.
