The Business Leadership  Module is a two day residential workshop for Managing Director Owners and  Executive Managers of independent businesses.

The detail of the module is presented at the previous Business Foundation Module and outlined at the free information seminar.  The content is aimed at the busy Managing Director Owner and/or Executive Manager who is developing his/her company leadership skills.

The intention is to provide a cameo of business leadership topics where participants can interact with their peers, identifying areas of known and unknown via case study and experiential learning.

The programme culminates with an understanding of the base leadership road map that all  business leaders should be familiar with, enabling them to move to their next stages of  business development.

During your two days you will identify your own leadership capabilities and goals, consider the detail of managing people with tools for success, view the qualities of strategic development, review the building and governing of your top team, consider your communication methods, meet your mentor and conclude with an analysis of yourself and your business.

Each business leader, at the conclusion of the Business Leadership Module, will  receive the Abbotsbrook Business Foundation guarantees, enter the  mentoring programme and set action plans for the next three months and beyond.
