The Business Strategy
Module is a two day residential workshop for
Managing Director Owners and Executive Managers of
independent businesses.
The detail of this
module is presented at the previous Business Foundation Module and outlined at the
free
information seminar. The content is aimed
at the busy Managing Director Owner and/or Executive
Manager
who is developing his/her company strategic skills.
The
intention is to provide a cameo of business strategic topics where
participant can interact with their peers, exploring areas of known and unknown via case study and experiential
learning.
The programme culminates with an understanding of
the base strategy road map that all business leaders
should be familiar with, enabling them to move to their next
stages in business leadership.
During your two days you will identify your own strategic capabilities,
vision, company structure and business planning. Consider the
impact of change, view the qualities of
leadership, review
your global environment, meet your mentor and conclude
with an analysis of yourself and your business.
Each business leader, at the conclusion of the Business Strategy
Module, will receive the Abbotsbrook Business Foundation
guarantees, enter the mentoring programme and set
action plans for the next three months and beyond.
